We are looking for a tech support person, preferably Russian speaker with good English willing to relocate to Dubai.
Job Description:
- Installation and set up of new server and wireless networks;
- Support of N+ servers remotely located in UAE;
- Support and set up of iOS and Android devices (remotely);
- Going to provide support at the Customers’ locations;
- Order and testing of equipment, searching of optimal configurations based on quality and prices;
- Dealing with Customers, ensuring technical details for commissioning of the system in operation.
Skills:
- Excellent knowledge of Linux (centos, debian);
- Writing scripts on Shell;
- Knowledge of infrastructure of data and content delivery networks, understanding of routing, VPN, VLAN, and the way it’s set up in Linux;
- Understanding of goals and principles of work of technical support. Relevant experience is a plus;
- Operational skills, highly organized;
- Skills and experience of working with network equipment: Microtik, Cisco, Ubiquiti, D-Link.
- Understanding Android (bootloader, recovery, root, adb, etc);
- Programming on python skills;
- Experience in set up and installation/support of various monitoring systems: Zabbix, nagios.
